The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the launch of the electronic application process for student transfer and hosting for the 2026–2027 academic year, with August 13, 2026, set as the final date for submitting applications.
Students wishing to apply must begin the process through their original university, college, or institute. Following a review of the application by the student’s original institution, applicants may submit up to five preferences through the Student Information System (SIS).
The application process will remain open until the end of official working hours on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
The Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up urges students to carefully review the regulations, conditions, and requirements governing transfer and hosting procedures. Applications will be considered in accordance with the Student Affairs Procedures Guide, as well as the approved admission regulations and requirements for the 2026–2027 academic year.
