About the department
The follow-up department at the university undertakes the security check for university employees, prepares a unified database for employees, enters information, checks and prints identities, follows up the civil defense guarding , receives reviewers and  visitors, contacts the concerned to inform them of the presence of a visitor or reviewers, records visitors’ information in a special record, and coordinates with the Facilities Protection Force to facilitate entry The university’s wheels and visitors, implementing and following up on the instructions issued by the ministry, with the aim of ensuring security in the university. The department is managed by an employee who holds at least an initial university degree and is directly connected with the president of the university, and is assisted by an employee with at least has  an initial university degree.
