About the department
It is one of the important departments in the university presidency for carrying out important tasks and duties, including completing the university council report, approving the report of the councils of the Southern Technical University colleges and institutes, organizing citizen affairs interviews with the president of the university, supervising all its correspondence, and preparing nominations for senior leadership positions (general manager) in the university formations and coordinating With the Special Degrees Division in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in this regard, as well as other assignments for heads of scientific departments and assistants in university formations, and answering citizens’ complaints received by official and electronic mail.
