The Director of the Scientific Affairs Department, Dr. ayad Abdul Khaleq Yahya, as a representative of the Southern Technical University, participated in a visit to the Polytechnic University of Bucharest in Romania. The visit, which included representatives of Iraqi universities, aims to open horizons of cooperation with international universities in the field of education and scientific research, which falls within the work priorities. The Ministry, the President of Bucharest Polytechnic University, expressed his university’s readiness to cooperate and put in place all the capabilities for training, qualification, and exchange of scientific and cultural knowledge between Iraqi and Bulgarian universities, to achieve the desired goal of the visit, which falls within the framework of internationalization of higher education in Iraq.
