The Nasiriyah Technical Institute within the Southern Technical University, in coordination with the Civil Defense Directorate in the governorate, organized a training workshop on how to put out and prevent fires.
The workshop, in which First Lieutenant Haitham Khalil Hatem taught, aims to identify the types of fires, fire extinguishers, methods of prevention, and how to use these extinguishers.
The workshop included a field practice on how to extinguish fires with the correct use of these extinguishers, as well as strengthening the role of the media and directives that serve the community and avoid all risks that the citizen is exposed to during his work or in any other place.
