In the College of Postgraduate Studies at the Southern Technical University, a dissertation has focused on “Determination of serum adipocytokines and lipid profile in women’s obese and non-obese type 2 diabetic patients”. The dissertation submitted by the student, Rayaheen Tahseen Yousif, in the Master’s Program in Pathological Analysis Techniques, has dealt with a sample study consisting of 103 patients, 45 nonpatient women and 58 obese women diagnosed with diabetes, 69 women’s samples as a group under watch, 34 obese women and 35 non-obese women who did not have diabetes.
