Announcement of the First Batch of Postgraduate Applicants Subject to Employment Cross-Checking Procedures for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

The Postgraduate Studies Department at Southern Technical University announces the publication of the first batch of names of postgraduate applicants to the University’s colleges for the 2026–2027 academic year who are subject to employment cross-checking procedures.

Applicants whose names appear on the published list are requested to visit the college to which they applied within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of this announcement.

Applicants who possess an official resignation letter or contract termination document issued prior to the date of their postgraduate application are required to present the relevant document to the college in order to notify the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of their status and complete the necessary procedures.
