Performance Evaluation Division

Tasks of the University Performance Evaluation Unit
  1. Following up on the completion of evaluation files for senior leadership across all university divisions.
  2. Ensuring that evaluation files for faculty members are completed in all university divisions.
  3. Overseeing the completion of evaluation files for research faculty in all university divisions.
  4. Tracking the completion of evaluation files for employees in all university divisions.
  5. Assisting university divisions with quality assurance and academic accreditation in completing their evaluation files.
  6. Conducting analytical studies to improve the performance of university divisions.
  7. Preparing periodic reports on departmental activities and submitting them to the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department.
  8. Collecting results from performance evaluation studies, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  9. Monitoring the performance evaluations of staff in the university presidency.
