Southern Technical University signed a contract agreement with Netcom Systems, a representative of the Australian company IDP IELTS in Iraq. The agreement, signed by the university president, Prof. Adnan Abdullah Atiq, aims to provide services as an accredited partner for the IELTS test service within the company to manage and operate the international English language test system at the Continuing Education Center within the university.
