The Continuing Education center within the Southern Technical University organized a course on human resources management. The course in which Mr. Ali Mortadha lectured included topics including the role of the human resources official and the principles of those resources, as well as theoretical and applied concepts in their management. The course aims to enable participants to know their importance in the work of companies. And knowledge of the important methods for employment, in addition to training to acquire the skills necessary to work in this specialty. The course concluded that the primary goal of HR is to ensure a smooth experience for employees and other people related to administrative goals
and organizational, and helps trainees give them a sense of development when it comes to improving the employee experience throughout their entire employment period
