Master Thesis at Southern Technical University discusses genotyping and molecular immunodetection of TLRs-like receptors among different groups of COVID-19 patients

Master thesis disscused at Southern Technical University studied genotyping and molecular immunodetermination of TLRs-like receptors for different groups of COVID-19 patients

The thesis presented by the student (Akram Ali Abd) in the Master’s Program in Pathological Analytics Techniques aims to determine the molecular composition of receptor-like genes and clarify their relationship to some immune diseases to better understand the contribution of Covid 19 and early diagnosis.

The thesis included the studied samples of 172 cases, including 88 patients and 88 control samples

Whereas, all patients with COVID-19 recorded in this letter were diagnosed with a nasopharyngeal swab or x-ray/positive CT or RT_PCR

The study concluded that there is a significant difference in the production of TLR9 between patients suffering from Covid 19 and the control group, in addition to identifying the most common symptoms of these patients.
