The Division of Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up at the Southern Technical University organized a course in human resources management for students and graduates
The course, in which the specialist in human and administrative resources, Mr. Haider Alaa Aldin, taught, aims to develop intellectual knowledge in human and administrative resources.
As well as general knowledge of Iraqi labor laws and how to calculate tax and social security, in addition to how to plan administrative and human for companies.
The course included lectures on the importance of human resource management, its functions and the sources of those resources
