This system contributes to increasing institutional work efficiency, reducing reliance on paper, and archiving files electronically, making them easy to access when needed.
System Features:
Secure login system: A unique username and password for each user to ensure privacy and data protection.
Electronic archiving: The ability to scan books and paper correspondence using a scanner and store them in an organized digital format within the systeme.
Automatic generation of numbers and dates: The system automatically generates numbers for incoming and outgoing transactions, including the date for each transaction.
Easy tracking and retrieval: The system facilitates quick and accurate access to required files and documents.
Direct email transmission: Transactions and correspondence can be sent from within the system to the relevant parties via email.
