A workshop on defining business incubators is organized by the University Incubators and Ecosystem Division.

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and empower students with the concepts of the modern business environment, the University Incubators and Ecosystem Division, affiliated with the Academic Affairs Department, organized an online workshop entitled: “Defining Business Incubators,” on Saturday, March 15, 2025.

The workshop was presented by Mr. Hamza Abdul-Ridha Rashid, Head of the Technology Incubator and Ecosystem Unit at the Technical Institute of Architecture. He discussed the concept of university specialties and their vital role in supporting innovation and entrepreneurial projects within the academic community.

The workshop highlighted the importance of incubators in transforming creative ideas into feasible projects and how students can benefit from these platforms to begin their entrepreneurial journey.

This event is part of a series of workshops and sessions aimed at spreading awareness about the culture of innovation and creating a stimulating university environment to support entrepreneurial skills among students and graduates.
