The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has approved the launch of applications for evening studies for the academic year 2025–2026, starting from Wednesday, October 1, 2025.In this regard, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has directed the concerned public universities to take the following actions:
- Adopt direct student applications for admission to universities in accordance with the regulations and conditions stated in the Student Affairs Procedures Manual and the Admission Rules and Conditions for the academic year 2025–2026.
- Ensure that student applications comply with the admission percentages specified in the manual.
- Adopt rounding up of half a grade in favor of applicants for the purpose of admission to evening studies.
