The Basra Technical College of Engineering held a workshop entitled “15 Laws of Growth”, a successful experience for leadership development and personal development. The workshop, which was attended by the President of the University, Professor Dr. Adnan Abdullah Ateeq, as well as the Dean of the College, and the Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering Technologies, the international trainer, Dr. Haider, targeted students. And to the college’s members, I explained several concepts, including: You will not be able to change your life until you change something that we do every day. By learning the laws and applying them in your life, you will be on your way to achieving your abilities. The lecturer pointed out that these laws will teach you how to approach the goal of valuable growth, and that it is a key that unlocks for you
The door and you will have to do the necessary work to actually grow. The workshop lecturer stressed that the laws (15) were distinguished by building high community relations in a strong and supportive society, through their effectiveness, indicating that he considered the success of this workshop an important step towards building strong leadership visions and motivating oneself to achieve new goals.
