The workshop also addressed the importance of measuring professional competence based on employers&#8217; standards.<\/span><\/p><p><span id=\"docs-internal-guid-5f24f99f-7fff-019a-cbf3-279bef6c48d3\"><\/span><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size:15pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif;color:#000000;background-color:transparent;font-weight:400;font-style:normal;font-variant:normal;text-decoration:none;vertical-align:baseline;white-space:pre;white-space:pre-wrap;\">The workshop concluded with practical solutions and comprehensive guidance, aimed at enabling participants to meet the requirements of the labour market and successfully keep pace with its developments.<\/span><\/p><p><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
