The protocol aims to exchange scientific and technical knowledge, conduct joint research, and enhance academic and student exchange between the two institutions, which contributes to supporting the educational and research process according to the highest academic standards. This cooperation represents an important step in the Southern Technical University&#8217;s journey towards achieving academic excellence and strengthening scientific partnerships to serve sustainable development and the academic community in Iraq. The following gentlemen attended with the President of the University: 1- Dr. Maher Talib Abdul Zahra, Director of the Continuing Education Center. 2- M.E. Iyad Hussein Amer, Director of the Department of Media and Government Communication &#8211; Mr. Ali Mahmoud Karim, Director of the Department of Student
