The study presented by the Director of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department, Mr. Ayman Rahim Abdul-Aali, and the teacher, Ruqaya Adel Hamza, in addition to the teacher, Shaima Jassim Toman, included the problem of pollution of various components of the environment as a result of neglect, corruption, and wars that extended for decades<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, It now threatens its sustainability and the safety of its resources, as well as the most important authorities responsible for protecting the environment in Iraq and financial solutions\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The study aims to identify the authorities competent to protect and improve the environment and find financial solutions to protect it, such as the mechanism of environmental collection rules and environmental punitive measures represented by financial fines for the purpose of reducing<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pollution and compensation for damage caused<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The study concluded that it is necessary to grant the authorities concerned with the environment full powers and provide them with experts and specialists in environmental affairs to develop real solutions and provide the General Tax Authority with data and reports to show the quantity and volume of pollutants that are produced on a regular basis.
