The thesis submitted by student Safaa Abdul Hussein Majeed aims to evaluate antioxidant markers in patients undergoing dialysis by measuring biomarkers such as CAT, GPX and SOD. And to estimate oxidative stress in a biological sample by evaluating lipid peroxidation products, such as the MDA marker. Basic.
