The symposium, in which the Head of the Electromechanical Systems Engineering Technologies Department, Dr. Ward Sayel Ward, lectured, aimed to learn about solar thermal energy stations, the types of these stations and how they work, as well as the conditions that must be met in the parts of the solar complex. The symposium included several topics, including the working principle of solar thermal energy stations and their components, and learning about The pros and cons of such energy, in addition to the cost of this type of station. For his part, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Baqir Turki Al-Lami, explained that the scientific workshops and seminars organized by the College gain their importance through their type and the extent of their application in the labor market, and we are keen to be supportive of any scientific activity from It would develop and qualify the scientific and practical level of our students and affiliates, pointing out that the issue of solar energy constitutes a major challenge for providing alternative energy.
