The Administrative Technical College, Basra, within the Southern Technical University, hosted the third session of the University Council for the academic year 2023\/2024, in the presence of Professor Dr. Rabiee Hashem Al-Abbasi, President of the University, and the members of the Council, as well as the representative of the field of work, the oil expert – Director of the Oil Training Institute in Basra – Engineer Ali Al-Fartusi, and the Council began its work. With the directives presented by the University President, through which he stressed the importance of combining all efforts to serve the university, including providing all the requirements for the success of the central graduation ceremony, which will be held in the middle of next month, pointing out that the university\u2019s formations will have an important and distinguished role in attendance and participation, and Al-Abbasi stressed the commitment. He fully detailed the timings of the ceremony and took into account the accuracy in presenting its paragraphs while distributing the tasks to the formed committees, stressing that the central graduation ceremony has privacy and great importance to the university with all its formations and to the students and their families. The Council listened to the proposals presented by the members<\/b><\/p>

Which would show the ceremony in an image that befits the university, after which the attendees discussed the items included in the agenda and took the necessary recommendations and decisions accordingly.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
