The course aims to increase awareness of women\u2019s status in society, increase their capabilities to be equal to men in participating and making decisions, increase their leadership positions, and work to unify efforts aimed at supporting their rights in a way that ensures achieving social justice and protecting their pioneering role in building the family and society. The course in which Ms. Israa Samir Abdul Nabi,\u00a0 lectured an introduction to the concept of leadership and the characteristics of women\u2019s leadership, which included the transformational leadership style that emphasizes teamwork and authentic communication as the key to success, as well as an explanation of many other methods related to women\u2019s leadership.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
