The event, which was held on the grounds of the Baghdad International Fair, witnessed Arab and international participation and a distinguished academic presence. His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, opened the exhibition with a speech in which he stressed that the Ministry succeeded in establishing an environment of openness to global academic spaces and took a decision that Iraqi universities carry the non-stereotypical identity that is gained from the international track in interaction, presence and competitiveness, pointing out that the projects of the Higher Education Foundation It is characterized by methodology and strategic vitality, noting at the same time that the most prominent of these projects is the unprecedented educational transformation to the Bologna path, which was implemented through partnership and cooperation with UNESCO in technical universities and that it will take its course for implementation in more than 600 specialized departments in the faculties of engineering and science in the country.
