Abdul-Ahad pointed out that the directives of the president of the University on the need to benefit from the experience of students on scholarships abroad who have completed their studies at well-established universities and in various specialties are important, pointing to the possibility of communication with the universities where they studied in order to open the horizons of scientific cooperation and the establishment of joint conferences and scientific seminars.
