The meeting, which was attended by the deputy chairman of the higher education and scientific research parliamentary committee, Dr. Adel hashoush Al-Rikabi, and the presidents of the new Iraqi universities, discussed the administrative, financial and scientific conditions and their share of functional degrees. The meeting concluded with important recommendations to be submitted to the Ministry of higher education and scientific research, including scientific, administrative and financial support for universities and the opening of research centers in them that contribute to advancing the scientific and urban construction of the country.
