The lecture included Okada&#8217;s vision of the Iraqi people, their culture and history that extends for thousands of years, and the possibility of creating communication between the Iraqi and Japanese peoples in a way that serves both parties through the involvement of university professors and students in education. Programs between Japanese universities, as well as establishing a mechanism for understanding regarding the work of Japanese commercial, engineering and construction companies and the local government in Basra Governorate.
