In the presence of the President of the Southern Technical University, Prof. Dr. Rabie Hashem Al-Abbasi, and members of the University Council, the tenth session of the academic year 2021\/2022 was held. The attendees reviewed the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding completing the requirements of the second semester exams for the preliminary study and final exams for postgraduate studies, in addition to full preparation for the competitive exam For postgraduate students.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Council has followed up the decisions of the opinion staff regarding authorizing the colleges and universities councils with the authority to grant five degrees to treat critical cases and change the student\u2019s status from failure to success or success by crossing all academic systems and returning students whose restrictions are registered for the phase ended exclusively for the academic year 2020\/2021 and they will start for the year 2022-2023.<\/span><\/p>\n

The council also reviewed the decision of the opinion staff to allow the student to pass to the higher teach year if the total of the subjects he failed in the final exams and the new subjects in his class, with no more than two subjects.<\/span><\/p>\n

After that, the attendees discussed the admission plan for the preliminary study for the academic year 2022\/2023, as well as the other items included in its agenda, and took the necessary recommendations and decisions in this regard.<\/span><\/p>\n
