Universities are not limited to granting academic degrees at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels; rather, their mission extends to preparing individuals who are capable of performing their societal roles efficiently and responsibly.<\/span><\/p>

From this perspective, the female university student faces a dual challenge: achieving academic excellence on the one hand, and building her professional identity on the other. This is because true success is not measured solely by the grades a student obtains, but by her ability to transform knowledge into:<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Skills<\/span><\/p>

Experiences<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

that equip her for professional life.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Academic achievement represents the foundation from which the student moves toward her professional future, as it provides her with theoretical knowledge and scientific concepts that help her understand her specialization and its requirements. The more serious and committed the student is in her studies and academic development, the greater her chances of distinction and success.<\/span><\/p>
