and in our university\u2019s effort to promote the role of promising minds and scientific competencies\u2014and in implementation of the recommendations of the First National Conference for Iraqi Scholarship Students held at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on 14\/04\/2025\u2014the First Conference for Southern Technical University Scholarship Students is being held as a scientific platform that allows them to present their research and intellectual contributions and showcase their academic experiences across various
