The department\u2019s policy is based on establishing scientific foundations that promote development and progress in the fields of knowledge and science, as well as nurturing human potential to keep pace with advancing civilizations and flourishing sciences. This is achieved through organizing various activities that contribute to the advancement of university staff, thereby serving the mission of the university in particular and higher education in general, to build a prosperous Iraq enriched with knowledge and innovation.<\/span><\/h6><h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On another front, the department works to strengthen the pillars of culture, education, and continuous exchange with countries around the world. This is done through engaging in a wide range of academic and cultural fields, disseminating them, and encouraging members of our university and the wider Iraqi community to explore and benefit from these experiences.<\/span><\/h6><h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The department also aims to provide the best study opportunities abroad and to establish agreements and memoranda of understanding with both local and international universities based on solid academic foundations. Moreover, it seeks to attract various scientific participations from within and outside the country in order to explore the latest methods in training and education. These efforts are intended to enhance academic standards, develop skills, and support the educational mission of preserving and advancing scientific and intellectual output in Iraq.<\/span><\/h6><h6>\u00a0<\/h6><h6>\u00a0<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7b6b0c elementor-widget
