The department also receives visitors and guests, contacts the concerned individuals to inform them of a visitor\u2019s presence, records visitor information in a dedicated log, and coordinates with the Facility Protection Force to facilitate the entry of university vehicles and visitors. Additionally, it implements and monitors the instructions issued by the Ministry in order to maintain security within the university. The department is managed by an employee holding at least a bachelor&#8217;s degree, who reports directly to the University President and is assisted by another employee also holding at least a bachelor&#8217;s degree.<\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bc3f76 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0bc3f76\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h6><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Tasks and Duties:<\/strong><\/span><\/h6><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Follow up on the directives issued by the Ministry regarding follow-up operations (University Security), implement them, and circulate them to colleges and institutes.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Follow up and implement the instructions and directives of the University President related to follow-up operations.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Participate in maintaining security and order within the university campus.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Supervise and follow up on the appointment of follow-up officers in colleges and institutes and monitor their performance.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Conduct field visits to the follow-up units and divisions in colleges and institutes.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cooperate and coordinate with the Protection Force and security authorities responsible for protecting the area to enhance security measures.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Coordinate with military authorities to provide protection for the committee responsible for distributing employee salaries on a monthly basis.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Participate in periodic meetings held for follow-up officers to discuss work-related developments.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Oversee and ensure the necessary protection during celebrations, exhibitions, and scientific conferences.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Monitor Civil Defense duties in colleges and institutes to ensure proper performance.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Coordinate with the Director of Dormitory Departments regarding official communication to provide necessary protection for the dormitories.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Follow up on complaints related to employees, visitors, and students.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Implement department instructions concerning procedures related to arrests, assassinations, kidnappings, and terrorist incidents, and submit reports accordingly.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Assist the department director in resolving issues that arise between visitors and staff during official working hours, follow up on them, and submit detailed reports.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Monitor the performance of day and night follow-up staff to ensure duties are properly carried out.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Ensure the operation of electronic surveillance systems (cameras).<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Maintain communication with various security authorities and collaborate in the field of information and other related activities.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Issue access permissions to facilitate the entry and exit of various materials to and from the university presidency, in coordination with the Facility Protection Force.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Issue special badges for vehicles of employees and students with serious medical
